How often have you gotten down on yourself for not having done something sooner? I recently fell down this rabbit hole. I could have stayed down there forever, but instead I reminded myself that I could start now and off I went. “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” There are several versions of that quote. “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” “There is no time like the present.” Never say it’s too late to do something; if you are still breathing then you didn’t miss your opportunity to take action. Don’t dwell on what could have been if you had started sooner. Instead be excited about what your future can be if you start now!
